Requesting a demo is free and does not enter you into a contract. We will contact you to arrange it or answer your enquiry. No card is required and this website does not collect payments.

Plans and contracting

Published prices are monthly, in euros, excluding VAT, for professional use. The tax and total amount, scope, start date, billing, duration, renewal and cancellation terms will be detailed in the proposal and contract before acceptance. Mibu does not charge per-booking commissions.

Basic does not include voice. Plus includes 100 monthly minutes and Pro includes 300, with no rollover. Extra Pro minutes require prior agreement on the rate and spending limit. Phone answering requires configuration and activation; call handling when minutes run out is agreed in advance. A demo request does not activate these services.

Reservations, AI and integrations

Mibu is the technology provider; each restaurant provides the dining service and sets its availability and conditions. Phone answering uses artificial intelligence and must identify itself as such at the start of the interaction. Website examples are illustrative.

Mibu’s booking link can be shared on websites, social profiles and Google Business Profiles where Google permits it. Booking directly inside Google requires specific integration and approval; it is not included or promised as active when purchasing a plan.

Data and support

Software contracts must include terms for processing guest data on the restaurant’s behalf under GDPR Article 28. The restaurant remains responsible for the purposes and processing instructions.
